Her expertise is in building sustainable organizations of highly engaged workers saving companies a fortune in turnover costs. She is passionate about creating successful communities through employee engagement and specializes in inspiring leaders and managers to shift their thinking to a more employee centric workplace.

Doreen taught ‘Marketing Fundamentals’ and ‘Entrepreneurship’ at Bentley University and ‘Managerial Leadership’ and ‘Communications’ at Bay State College. She has consulted for the major hospitals in Boston, Bunker Hill Community College and Boston Health Care Consortium. She has run workshops for Mayor Menino’s Boston's health care initiative. Doreen has her Masters in Management with a concentration in organizational development from Cambridge College, and a bachelor’s degree in Education from UMass Boston, where she received the ‘Excellence in Teaching Award’. She began the PhD program in Educational Leadership at Southeastern University.
