V. B. Tenery is the author of the award-winning Matt and Sara Foley suspense series and other novels, including, Deathwatch, Against the Odds, The Watchman, Dead Ringer, Last Chance and Angels Among Us. She lives in East Texas with her family, three dogs and one lone cat.
Her love of reading blossomed at a very young age. Quickly bored with television, she devoured books, impatient for the next visit to the library.
After finishing school she went to work in one of the country’s largest optical firms. Writing took a back seat to her career when she became director of service for the firm’s national warehouse. Marriage, a young daughter, and active involvement in church turned her into an occasional weekend writer.
When the company she worked for downsized, she jumped at the opportunity to retire and write full time. Since then she has written multiple Christian suspense novels in an on-going series and stand-alone novels.
