An angler who is not as proficient at lying as a real angler; someone who chases fish but doesn’t have as much money, gear, equipment, clothes, etc. as an angler, but who always catches a lot more fish. PADDLE - N. A wooden, metal or plastic manual boat propulsion device which is left in the truck. V. To instruct one’s significant other as to why it is important to not contradict the story of the day’s exploits on the water.
